You can transfer fund directly from back office, using instant* payment gateway facility. For this facility we have some list of banks. And this mode of payment comes with charges.
Back office Account --> Online Payment --> ATOM Payment --> Enter Amount - Click "Payment".
This is a real-time payment system where funds are credited instantly on a real-time basis. UPI id is mandatory for this transaction. And also you add funds from your UPI Apps (GPay, PhonePe & PayZapp) via mobile app
1. Login to mobile app. 2. Go to fund transfer and enter amount, 3. Select UPI payment and enter UPI ID of account registered bank, then follow the default procedures.
You can electronically deposit funds directly into trading member account, which will reflect in your trading account, via any bank that has online fund transfer facilities.
This mode of fund transfers will take bank standard time duration of 2 - 3 hours to reflect.
client can use cheque to deposite funds, But This mode will take 3 to 4 working days to get reflected.
1. Please use mobile trading app for UPI & NEFI/RTGS/IMPS fund transfer methods.
2. Company do not accept any other digital wallet transfers except mentioned above.
3. If you don't see the credit in your trading account immediately after transferring funds from the instant payment methods call us immediately. If the payment fails for any reason, you will need to wait at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your trading account.
4. Double check the bank account details & payment details before initiating fund transfers.
5. After Done NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque Deposit, Send Transaction Details mail to Accounts Team from registered email.
6. Please ensure that funds/monies are transferred only through the allowed payment methos and only from your bank account registered with your trading account.
You can give request for Withdraw funds via Phone Call or Back Office.
If the payout is requested between 9 AM To 3:30 PM, then request will be processed at 05:30 PM. Else, it will be processed the next day only.
You can place a fund withdrawal request by logging into backoffice account.
Back office Account --> Request -- > Withdraw Funds --> Select Company --> Click "View Punch" --> Enter Amount --> Click 'Payment'
You can place a request via phone call also. Call to accounts team then confirm your Client Code, PAN No, Bank & Amount
1. No Payouts on Saturday, Sunday, Bank, Trading & Clearing Holidays.
2. Request placed on 2nd & 4th fridays will be credited only by monday (subject to bank & public holiday).
3. All requests placed after stipulated timing will be processed next working day only.
4. Payout processing & credit time can be differ depends on Network & Bank Server.
5. The withdrawal amount is subject to the available ledger credit balance (after charges, if any).
6. Payout requests might take up to 24 hours to be credited to your bank account.
7. The amount will be credited only to your primary bank account.
